Set the display mode

You should also set how to display the image sections using the Splice Window's Display Mode check boxes:

• To display the image as it will appear after splicing, click on the Spliced check box.

• To display each section as a semi-transparent layer, use the See Thru check box. You can see the section below, which makes it much easier to register them.

• To display some useful borders, click on the Borders check box:

• The green border indicates the selected section: that is, the section which you are moving.

• The blue border shows the edge of the entire spliced image.

• The red border shows the point at which two sections join.

When you first open an image, these borders may overlap.

While you're positioning the image sections, we recommend that you use the See Thru mode, and you show the Borders.
